The Fight
Respect Is Not Negotiable
Vestis workers in Las Vegas keep this city's hospitals, casinos, and restaurants running with clean uniforms and workplace supplies. They deserve a workplace free from threats, intimidation, and retaliation.
Members of Teamsters Local 14 at the Vestis Las Vegas facility have reported a pattern of alleged threats, harassment, and retaliation by local management. When workers spoke up, they say conditions got worse, not better.
On June 27, 2026, a majority of the bargaining unit voted no on ratifying a proposed contract with Vestis. What Local 14's charges allege happened next is why this site exists: threats to strip commission routes from union activists and shop stewards, and a facility access code changed on the workers three days after the vote.
In July 2026, Local 14 filed two unfair labor practice charges against Vestis with the National Labor Relations Board. The facility then voted unanimously to authorize an unfair labor practice strike if the company fails to act.
This campaign exists so Vestis' senior leadership hears directly from the workers that local management has failed. Every video on this site is a worker telling their own story in their own words.
